Three Story Split Level House Tree Damage
Challenge
A large tree fell on a three story split level home causing extensive structural, water and contents damage. Upon arrival the house had been partially tarped and tree removal had been interrupted by the Insurance Adjuster until they could inspect the loss.
Solution
Our team of experts were able to engage the Insurance Adjuster and secure permission to begin emergency services to prevent further water damage, arrange for the remaining tree removal service, and begin drying the structure out. We were able to meet with the adjuster and gain approval for all needed services, to properly dry the structure, controlled demolition of all damaged materials, secure and clean salvageable contents, stored in climate controlled vaults. We worked closely with the adjuster to provide living arrangements for the home owner and family while repairs took place
By the time the structure was dried out the plan was already in place for reconstruction. We were able to deliver this project on time, on budget and return this badly damaged home to a pre-loss condition.
