Challenge
A large commercial fire containing multiple units in Historic Downtown Duluth, GA. Units were affected by water, smoke, and charring damage. The roofing system required special consideration.
Solution

Our team working closing with the Insurance adjuster and all concerned businesses formulated a plan to shore up the weakened structure and began to determine what materials could be salvaged and what would need to be replaced. Our Water Mitigation team began to removed water-damaged materials while drying the structure out. We were then able to begin addressing the smoke, soot and char damaged materials and begin deodorization efforts. Once completed our Reconstruction Team were well underway in planning all repair, reconstruction, and remolding.
We were able to complete all work on time and on budget with minimal business interruption.
