From the moment your Property Restoration is assigned to our Reconstruction Team, an Experienced, Compassionate Project Manager is dedicated to your Property. They can offer assistance in every aspect, from assuring your property was completely and thoroughly mitigated; whether we did it or mitigation was completed by another company. Your Dedicated Project Manager will first assess your property and establish that reconstruction is ready to begin. They will then verify the written/pre-approved estimate is accurate and advise our team of estimators of all the data necessary to correct/supplement that estimate and communicate regularly with the adjuster and yourself to meet all requirements. They will assist you with material selections, work with your adjuster, and assist you with any upgrades or material choices that coverage does not afford. If you wish to use this as an opportunity to upgrade, renovate your property above, and beyond the scope of the insurance settlement we will work with you to optimize that experience, and can even offer financing options should you need them! Whatever it takes to return you to pre-loss condition, or a complete renovation, we are there to serve.
