We were able to meet with the insurance adjuster, a third party Industrial Hygienist to produce a complete protocol to remediate all these challenges. Specialty drying equiment was used and containment barriers were erected to isolate the affected portion of the struture. We were able to shore up the affected kitchen and adjoining other rooms while controlled demolition and drying were performed, remediate all growth and reconstruct this home to prior to loss standards.
