Level Creek was selected by my insurance company to do mitigation work for rain damage inside the house because of a tree falling on to our roof.Gustavo was the level creek employee who came to do the work. He was very courteus and professional. He explained to us what they will be doing and He and his colleague Walner did a superb job of removing the soggy carpet in one room and the wood floor in another room and the wet roof sheet rocks in both places and ran the drying fans.They cleaned floors of the house where they stepped with their footwear and dragged the debris, before they left.They were both deferential to my family.It was a surprisingly positive experience.Thank you, Gustavo.
