Right before the Christmas holidays, I experienced a flood on my main level that traveled down to my finished basement as well. I was beyond distraught as I had recently had my entire 1st floor hardwoods refinished. With the recommendation from my insurance co (Travelers - who was GREAT btw), I selected Level Creek Property Restoration to manage the project and complete the repairs.

I was assigned a project manager, Travis S, who turned out to be one of the BEST PMs I have ever worked with! Level Creek could not have a finer individual representing them in their business. He was quick to respond, handled all communications with the insurance company including identifying additional repairs needed that the adjustor had missed. He was very punctual, communicative and truly supportive throughout the project.

Travis stayed on top of all the work being done and ensured it was done to MY satisfaction. In addition to being a fantastic PM, he is also just a really GOOD person! This was a very difficult time in my life and without a person like Travis managing the whole process, I'm not sure I would have gotten through it.
